Casey Claxon is a Marketing Consultant and Professional
Speaker with Claxon Communications and The Novelty Advertising Company. He has over 15 years of experience in marketing,
advertising, and public speaking.
He spent 9 years at WNKO-WHTH Radio in Newark as an account
executive and on-air personality. His radio travels also include WZIO-WIOI in Wheelersburg. Casey has also worked as a sports
broadcaster for WPAY, WNXT, WTNS, and Adelphia-Time Warner Cable. He
also worked as the Executive Director of Kids America, a 501(c)(3)
non-profit organization, for 2 and a half years.
Along with his expertise in marketing, Casey is also an energetic
and very entertaining speaker. His clients include Fiberglas Federal
Credit Union, Licking-Knox Goodwill Industries, Century 21-Frank
Frye Real Estate, Newark Healthcare Centre, Licking County Board of

Claxon is a 1989 graduate of South Webster High School. He earned
his degree in Broadcast Communications from Mount Vernon Nazarene
University in 1993.
Casey, his wife Trista, and their son, Keith reside in Coshocton
County, Ohio near Plainfield.
Phil Frye brings over 13 years
of experience in media relations, marketing, and advertising to the
Claxon Communications team.
Phil spent 6 years at WNKO-WHTH Radio in Newark as News Director and
on-air personality. His media, marketing, and public relations also
includes a real estate trade organization, the Cincinnati Reds and
Texas Rangers, and The Newark Advocate.
Phil’s success in marketing can be attributed to figuring out how to
effectively send a client’s message so it is well received by the
consumer. Phil’s creativity allows the client to consider options
that had not been previously considered.
Frye is also the General Manager at Century 21 - Frank Frye Real
Estate in Newark. Prior to joining his father, Phil was the
Executive Officer at the Licking County Board of Realtors for eight
years.
Phil is a 1989 Graduate of Newark High School. He earned a Bachelors
Degree in Broadcast Communications from the University of Cincinnati
in 1993.
